FHA appraisal results

Well, I heard the results of the appraisal today.  The house appraised for over the purchase price so that's good.  However the appraiser required that two windows be scraped repaired and painted.  The buyer, who is very anxious to move, by this weekend if possible, came over today and fixed and painted the two windows. Of course those are two of the ten windows that will be replaced on Thursday, a fact that I was told not to share with the appraiser because it might delay the closing.  Now we have to wait for the appraiser to come back out and check the repairs (which will probably happen on the day the windows are being replaced). Isn't life fun?
