A very musical, talent filled weekend

I saw the musical "Jersey Boys" yesterday (made even sweeter because it was a gift from a friend), sang some favorite hymns at church this morning, especially "Morning has Broken" and enjoyed a performance by Jazz pianist Bradley Sowash this afternoon.  All of the music was excellent and I topped off the weekend by enjoying the Gallery opening of the First Pres Parish Art Exhibit.  It wasn't musical, and I didn't have anything in the exhibit, but my son had several of his drawings on display, and I basked in the glow of hearing lots of people say nice things about his work.
