Today is The Great American Grump Out, obviously a day to moan and groan about anything you want to. Either out loud or to yourself. You could even make a list (I'm a list maker by nature) of everything you can think of to complain about. Then take that list, crumple it up, toss it, and go outside and enjoy Garden Meditation Day. In case you're reading this in the morning, tomorrow is not too late to meditate, and it may be even warmer for meditating than it was today. If your meditating leads to a little weeding, that's ok too. Weeding is great therapy for getting the grump out. Enjoy the sunshine or the moonlight.
