I'm afraid I've failed again...
and I don't even care very much. According to an article in the AARP Renew magazine which showed up in my mailbox today it is recommended that active adults walk at least 10,000 steps a day. For the record, I walked 5,269 steps (2.41 miles according to my Fitbit) today and taht's about average for me. The article also said that people over 70 should engage in at least 150 minutes of aerobic and at least two days of muscle strengthening exercises each week. Wow, I am so far from those goals that I think I need to seriously revise some of my habits. I'll start by not reading those depressing health articles any more.
